About Claudine
Claudine is the Head of Talent & Organisational Development for Vodafone Ireland where she leads a team responsible for the design and delivery of the company’s strategy on talent, development and learning. She has built an international career in the field of talent and development across the media & entertainment, aerospace & defense, financial services and telecoms industries. Claudine started her HR career with Walt Disney in Los Angeles and spent 8 years in key roles including Director of HR for Walt Disney Studios in EMEA. Claudine moved to Ireland in 2007 where she joined AIB Capital Markets and progressively grew her career in Talent & Organisation Development. She was appointed Group Head of Organisation Effectiveness and was part of the team that led the transformation during the financial crisis before joining Vodafone in 2016.
